Right to information means the right to information accessible under this. Act which is held by or under control of any public authority andincludes the right to: Inspection of work, documents, record taking notes,extracts or certified copies of document or records taking certified samples of material.

        obtaining information in the form of diskettes, floppies tabes video cassettes , or inany other electronic mode or through printout where such information is store din a computer or in any other device.
        
        "INFORMATION" means any material in any form, includingrecords, documents  opinion advice, press releases, circulars, order,e-book, contracts report, papers, sample, models,  data material heldin any electronics  form and information reporting to any private bodywhich can be accessed by a public authority under any other low form the timebeing 

        Requestfor obtaining information:
        
        Aperson, who desires to obtain any information under this act, shall make are quest in writing or through electronic means in English or Hindi or in theOfficial language  of the area in which the applicants being made accompanying such fee as may be prescribed to the public information officerspecifying the particulars of the information can be sought for information officer, Govt Naveen College Beloudi cg on an application along with paymentof  Rs.10
